2019 Texas High Plains Mourvèdre

For 36 months, this wine enjoyed a cozy blanket of French Oak (20%), Hungarian Oak (20%), and Neutral Oak (60%).  And, let’s not forget, 50% was wild fermented, making it quite the cultured sip!
